3 Hours support needed in shanklin

We’re looking for a kind and reliable support assistant to join the team for a lovely woman living in Shanklin. She currently receives 8 hours of support per week at a rate of £15.50 and we’re now looking for someone to help with 3 of those hours.

The role involves light cleaning, general household sorting, and offering a bit of friendly company and gentle encouragement. She lives with her sweet cat and her partner. She can be a little shy at times due to mental health challenges, so a calm and compassionate approach is really important.

You’ll be joining an existing support setup (I currently provide the other hours and will continue to do so), and there may be opportunities to help with holiday cover as well. Can be super flexible with how you work the hours.
