27 year old woman in East Cowes requires PA 4 hours per week (SM 35746)

A 27‑year‑old woman with autism and a learning disability is looking for a kind, patient, and encouraging Personal Assistant to support her in getting out into the community again.
She would love to go out more—especially for shopping trips—but can find busy or crowded places overwhelming. With the right support, she hopes to rebuild her confidence, develop social skills, and enjoy being part of the community once more.
About the Role
You will support her to:
Access the local community in a calm and positive way
Build confidence during short outings
Develop social skills
Re‑establish her independence
She previously went out alone for short walks to local shops, but currently spends most of her time in her bedroom. Your support can make a real difference in helping her reconnect with the world around her.
Hours & Pay
4 hours per week
£12.31 per hour

Additional Information
A driver’s license would be helpful but is not essential
There is a friendly dog in the home
No smokers in the household
