Lady who is sight impaired required a PA who has a sympathetic understanding / challenges of someone with reduced vision to help with household chores. Change bed linen , put wash on ,hang out washing indoors, some cleaning and hovering as required. Essential not to move things as lady has them placed so she can find daily items . Maybe more hours ad hoc later possibly
