1 hour per week helping with light cleaning taking bins out socialising popping around shops

I'm a 53 year old gent in Cowes who needs a little bit of help after having a breakdown last year, Just light cleaning putting bins out help with small DIY jobs,
social side of visit is as helpful as the rest, I'm quite light hearted and like a laugh which helps with getting me better.
