Weekend Support Required

Support required initially for my elderly father at the weekends.
He needs help with breakfast and for someone to prepare lunch for him for later in the day.
He will also need someone to come in in the evening to prepare a meal and prompt him to eat.
He has dementia but does not currently need any personal care.
My stepmother is currently an inpatient following a stroke. She also has dementia. She would need to be included in this arrangement on discharge and may require light touch support with personal care.
She will also need to be prompted to take her medication
They live in Wroxall
