Support required for 4hrs a week for lady in Cowes (SM 87207)

PA needed for 4 hours a week - 2hrs Wed and 2hrs Friday (times can be flexible). PA rate is @13.50 ph.

PA will need to hold a driver’s licence as this person would like to be supported to go to Newport every Wednesday for shopping and once every 6 weeks for her depo appointment at Chantry house. She would like general support on a Friday to help her to maintain her home.

This lady, in her 50’s, has a current diagnosis of schizoaffective disorder and depression. She takes medication which helps. She is supported by Community District Nurses. She currently lives in a supported living facilities but hopes to move into her own accommodation in future in which increased support will be needed. PA’s with experience of mental health would be beneficial.

One small dog, no smokers, drivers licence required.
