Personal Assistant for personal care 93 year old Male & support for his 86 year old wife

A Personal Assistant is required primarily for a 93 year old Male for help with personal care, (including washing, showering,shaving with an electric razor, and help with dressing) and including support for his 86 year old wife.This is for hours between 9.30am - 10.30am on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays with further hours weekdays in the future, by mutual arrangement. This may also lead to one day at the weekends alternating each week on a Saturday and/or Sunday at £20 per hour
A car driver with business insurance and public liability insurance would be preferable as appointments at St Mary's Hospital for both my father and mother will be required from time to time, by mutual arrangement. This position is on a self-employed basis payable by bank transfer monthly.
