PA Support with maintaining home

I am currently living on my own since my wife passed away in 2023, I am very independent and require support with basic needs, possibly a hoover up and a dust around ,some ironing and possibly some washing of clothes. I live in a flat and I’m 76 years of age. I would possibly require someone for about 2/3 hours a week. I do keep my flat very tidy and clean but with my health and at times I feel I need a bit of support to keep on top of everything.
