PA Support Required For Lovely Gentleman In Wootton – 7 Hours Per Week @ £12.22ph 85367 CD

PA support required for a 66 year old man living by himself. He lives with four dogs, which are all friendly and are very important to him.

He enjoys talking about a variety of subjects such as marine studies, local history, and geography. He also enjoys watching television and listening to the radio.

He is looking for a personal assistant, or multiple, to support him with his activities of daily living throughout the week.

He is looking for support to access community appointments, manage paperwork, manage food shopping and meal preparation as well as checking that he has taken his medication.

In the form of:

– -1 hour to support with showering,
– -2 hours per week for batch meal preparation,
– -1 hour per week for support with managing letters, correspondence, and low-level budgeting/banking support,
– -2 hours for community access and leisure, to visit places of interest, such as the docks around the Island as well cafes along the seafront, and,
– -1 hour for shopping support.

A driving licence is required for this role for attending medical appointments.

His home is smoke free.

In terms of his medical conditions, He will discuss these with the successful applicant, for some background information he experiences:
– Back pain,
– Acute meniscal tear, medial,
– Arthropathic; and
– Osteoarthritis of my knee.
