PA support for my mother in Lake

My mother is 83 years old. She is physically fit for her age and requires no mobility support however due to 2 TIAs she has memory issues. As a result she finds it difficult to remember appointments and day to day tasks. As a consequence she worries unduly.
Further she has no relatives living full time on the Isle of Wight and apart from neighbours has no support. We require support to provide company and ensure she keeps up to date with appointments, shopping and assist with house cleaning/maintenance as well as providing transport when required
