PA Support for lady living in Ryde – 2 hours per week – 343252 – CD

PA support required for 92 year old lady who has been diagnosed with a hoarding disorder, she was placed in a care home due to self-neglecting at home and living conditions at home, This lady is very sociable and likes to be out and about, when she was living at home, she went into town every day. She loves animals and being out in the community & would like support to access the community weekly.

2 hours per week @ £11.95ph PA support required, to access the community, go to local shops or any activities of choice for that week.

Days and times to be arranged on meet & greet with any potential PA

Driver's licence required / no pets / none smokers
