PA Support for lady in Wroxall – 21 hours @ £13.86ph – 49837 CD

PA Support for lady who has been diagnosed with osteoarthritis in her shoulders and back. She also has sciatica, Type 2 diabetes, asthma, is at risk of malnutrition, and has had sepsis in the past. She experiences ankle issues which sends a pain up through her legs.

This lady is currently bed bound and her bed is situated in the lounge. A Disabled Facilities Grant has been applied for so adaptations can be made to the property including a ceiling tracking hoist and a wet room with a wash and dry toilet.

PA required for 21 hours of support per week to receive support with personal care and nutrition. 1 hour am, 1 hour lunch and 1 hour pm 7 days per week @ £13.86 per hour. Times to be agreed.

Would prefer a female PA, driver's license required. Her husband smokes in the house, they also have pate cats and a dog.
