PA Support for 87 year old man who lives with his wife. He has been diagnosed with Dementia and he is finding it more challenging to manage his care and support needs independently.
His wife currently supports him with his personal care, nutrition, mobility, medication and accessing the community. However, is finding it difficult to manage her caring role as she is unable to have a break from it. Their son, is able to stay with him when she needs to attend appointments, but he runs his own business so is unable to be available on a regular basis.
Regular support will ensure that this gentleman's needs are met at home and that his wife is able to have a break from her caring role.
7 hours of PA support per week to support with his personal care and 3 hours PA support to enable his wife to have a break from her caring role.
10 hours of PA support at £15.99.
