PA Required for gentleman living in East Cowes - He would like support from female PA, 9-12, Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
To be supported to collect his medication, support to appointments and activities outside of home. His confidence in going out alone appears to have reduced in recent months and he reports he is feeling lonely. Support with post/mail, financial matters and budgeting.
This gentleman reports that he has lost weight in recent months due to not eating properly. He explained he can cook a meal using his air fryer; however, he just does not feel like eating, and currently tends to snack, which is not supportive towards his diabetes management. He would like support to meal plan. This gentleman would also like support to go shopping, rather than doing it online, as he tends to spend too much online & support to maintain the home environment.
