PA needed for independent lady in Yarmouth

Assistance needed for my 93 year old mum. She is very independent but occasionally doesn’t answer phone, has technical challenges, etc. I live overseas and my brother is local but travels a lot. Looking for someone I can call on those days that are difficult for her, to go around and assist her with minor chores and difficulties and also to be able to take her to appointments. She has a cleaner. Price negotiable but thinking of a small monthly retainer just to be on call and by the hour for appointments.
