Our lovely mum is 86 years old (26/1/1938) and lives with our amazing dad 88 next month)

Sadly mum suffered a stroke about 5 weeks ago and was a patient on the stroke ward at St Mary’s Hospital from Saturday 19 October until Monday 4 November.

Mum is mobile and almost completely continent and has carers from Outreach 4 times a day. She eats well and takes various medications throughout the day. Ideally we are looking for someone who can take over from Outreach build a relationship with her so she can remain living at home.

Mum had mild Dementia prior to her stroke, however her condition has deteriorated since then and she has been looked after at home since coming out of hospital two and a half weeks ago.
