Help required for elderly lady in Freshwater.

I am looking for help for an 80 year old lady with health problems. She will need help with personal care and getting meals, putting her bins out, maybe a little washing up. She is a lovely lady who wishes to stay in her own home as she likes to be as independent as possible.
She is housebound so would enjoy seeing a happy chatty PA.
