Help Please, Dads’s carer is sick and he needs someone ASAP x

hi , our dad is 94 and at the moment is unable to walk . his carer comes around 9am she helps him with the commode and emptying it, assists with washing and dressing dad, creaming his legs and getting him into his chair for the day. she returns around 4 to help him undress and get back to bed, changing pad if needed.
Mum deals with food drink and medication.
He is happy with male or female , just desperate for help asap as i live on the mainland and my sister is working, mum has health issues so cant do it for him.
At the moment the morning is temporary and evening Permanent, but may all become permanent. thank you for reading and hope you can help.

Hours per week – 1 hour am and 1/2 hour pm need cover 7 days , so happy if you know someone to maybe job share with

Hourly rate – £15 am and £7.50 pm
