Experienced PA Required to Support Gentleman with Autism @ £15.99ph 83452 CD

A 43 year old man living in Binstead has a team of 4 PA's, one of his PA's has now resigned therefore a replacement PA is required for the Friday shift 12-5pm, plus ideally to cover leave from other PAs in the team.
About gentleman:
He has a team of PA's providing support twice per week; 5 hours support is available on a Friday afternoon 12-5pm, you will be working alongside another PA to support him.
He has mental health needs and have experienced periods of anxiety and depression. He will require support from individuals with a good knowledge of Autism to ensure that he is supported appropriately. He will require support to access the community and it is important to him that he is able to take his dog out in the car on trips on some occasions, therefore, he will require at least one of his PA's to have a driving licence and feel comfortable having his dog in the car.
He will require support putting his weekly food items into his cupboards after they have been delivered. He will sometimes wish to go to Home Bargains to go shopping and also like to spend time in his garden carrying out various tasks as he enjoy's DIY, i.e. chopping wood so he would like his PA to be willing to spend time outside. His PA will need to monitor his activities to ensure he remains' safe, and check in with him during each visit to clarify the support he wants so he does not become anxious.
In addition he may require support with the preparation of food.

1x dog in property/ none smoker/ driver's licence required.
