Daily support visits needed

I am recruiting on behalf of my Mum. She lives on her own in Shanklin and has memory difficulty which means she is not managing to care for herself adequately. We are looking for someone to make daily visits of one hour, times to be agreed. Tasks to include meal planning, monitoring food intake, possibly food shopping, ensuring medication is taken, monitoring stoma bag use (Mum can empty and change bags herself), and communicating with me and my sister regularly about these things. We would also like Mum to be accompanied to medical appointments where required so flexibility of work hours and ability to drive are necessary to accommodate this.
