Carer / Companion required

We are looking for an individual with a kind and caring nature to provide companionship and support for my mother and father.
My mother (81) has mild dementia. Her short term memory is very poor and she needs a companion to help with the day to day chores of running the house, walking the dogs on the beach, shopping and carrying out variuos other jobs on their small farm in Ashey near Ryde.
My father (82 years old) also needs care as he suffers from lung and heart disease and is not very mobile. He has returned from a stay in hospital and requires help getting in and out of bed, washing and dressing, which we envisage being a long term issue. He also like to tinker around on the farm as well.
Both of my parents will need driving around, we can provide the car.
