5 hours per week of support to help a gentleman in Ventnor with shopping, meal prep and paper work (382251 LM)/ LKM

About me: I am looking for a personal assistant in care to help me with developing cooking skills and some help with shopping, paperwork (mainly letters) and general paperwork as I cannot read or write confidently.
I am looking for 5 hours of support per week, 3 of which to be spent with me to develop my cooking skills and meal preparation and the remaining two to support me with paperwork/finance management.
I am a man in my forties that is looking for support as highlighted above.
I am also looking for a PA who has good knowledge around mental health as I experience anxiety and depression.
I enjoy watching weird/unique programs on Netflix on my television and I watch a variety of documentaries. I also enjoy watching clips of football and boxing.
I do not have any pets in my home, I used to have a pet dog. I enjoy watching videos of animals on YouTube.
I do smoke cigarettes in my home, but I do not smoke when I have visitors in my home as I appreciate not everyone likes to be in a room with me smoking.
A driving licence would be advantageous, as I hope to access support to access the community as my confidence develops. However, it is not essential at this current time.

Support required: 5 hours per week of support to help with shopping/meal preparation/cooking skills alongside support with paperwork and finances. Ventnor, Isle of Wight / 5 hours at x £11.38 per hour (£56.90 per week)
