3hrs PA support per week required for gentleman in Ryde (SM 369524)

Gentleman in his 60’s living in Ryde requires 3hrs a week of PA support.
PA Duties
- Support with accessing the community
- Support maintaining this gentleman’s home environment
- Food Shop
- Domestic Support

This gentleman would like his PA to do his weekly food shop with him, the PA will need to either have a wheelchair accessible car or arrange a wheelchair accessible taxi.

Rate of pay; £11.95 per hour. Preference for PA support would be a Tuesday and/or Friday.

This gentleman uses a wheelchair. He is diabetic and would benefit from having a PA who has knowledge around good nutrition and could support with batch cooking.

It would be beneficial for this gentleman PA to have a good understanding of Learning disabilities and mental health.

Driving licence not required however would be beneficial for PA to have wheelchair accessible car. No pets or smokers in the home.
