URGENT: PA’s required for Hospital Discharge Referrals *PLEASE APPLY HERE* (PAM)
We are looking for emergency self employed PA's who have come from a care sector background and who would be willing to support an ad-hoc hospital discharge. You would be supporting an individual that will be discharged from hospital to their own home.
PA's will be paid at an enhanced rate of pay of £20 per hour for a period of 28 days, after the 28 days PA's will then be expected to continue on the package long term at a rate of £15 per hour until an alternative provider is sourced.
If you are called upon to support a discharge you will be required to support within a 24 hour period. There will be no retainer paid to be part of the bank.
You will be given free access to training to enable to perform this role. This will be Island wide work and on an ad-hoc basis as this is supporting an existing provision should you be called on. Manual handling certificates are mandatory alongside all documentation (enhanced DBS for adult and child workforce, UTR number, public liability insurance). Full driving licence and access to own vehicle will be required for PAs applying to this role.
