URGENT PA Support for Lady in Newport Accessing Community (22190) LKM
The lady requires PA Support she has mental health difficulty, Autism and physical needs with her knee which impacts her mobility.
The lady has had a successful stint with current PA, but PA has got a new job and handing in 2 weeks notice.
The lady needs support with tidying/maintaining a habitable home/reducing trip hazards, attending appointments, dealing with all correspondences, shopping, and accessing the community and doing activities such as swimming and shopping to increase her confidence and social inclusion
The lady has a dog which is very important to her young daughter (approx 7 years old) lives with her.
PA needs to be able to drive, preferred that they are a non smoker.
Days needed Mon - Tues - Thurs hours can be flexible 12 hours available
