Team of PA’s required to support lady in Freshwater – 12 hours @ £13.86ph 398861 CD

Team of PA’s required to support a 54 year old lady living with her family, she has worked as a swimming teacher and provides hydrotherapy support, however, is now medically retried. She enjoys socialising with her friends, meeting them for lunch or dinner. Her husband had initially stopped working to provide care and support to her, he will be returning to work shortly after the house move, so she will require additional external support.

This lady has recently moved to Freshwater, and enjoys attending West Wight community centre where she is continuing to implement hydrotherapy sessions. She will require support from a PA to access these sessions, this will include, changing at the beginning and end of the session.
She enjoys cooking and would like to be supported to prepare health balanced meals for her and her family. She has proactively sourced some equipment that support such an electric tin opener that can promote her independence with this.

PA support for 1 hour AM x 7 days per week to support with getting up, washed and dressed ready for the day.

PA support for 5 hours spread across during the week to support this lady attend appointments, access services, including any personal care needs during these activities, and prepare meals for her family.

£13.86 per hour.
