Support needed for Cowes gentleman

Looking for support for a gentleman with cancer, who is on a treatment programme that makes his health quite variable. Daily help required, morning and evening. We are a friendly couple, who already employ a cleaner to help us, but are now looking for a little extra support. Many thanks for getting in touch.
