Sleep in respite required for gentleman in Freshwater – 11169 CD
One off respite provision for a young adult with Autism and ADHD and also can also experience anxiety.
The individual requires someone to support at home while family are away.
Support will include:
· Preparing and promoting meals and drinks
· Keeping the home clean and tidy possible laundry
· Supporting to go out if they wish
· Reminding to carry out personal care
· To sleep in so they are not alone at night and someone is present in the event of an emergency.
· Support to access any services if required
· Ensure they are up and to attend.
· Feeding the dogs
· The individual has many interests. These include gaming, history. They enjoy talking about history and has a wide knowledge of various subjects regarding history, including war, global leaders and how history has shaped the words today.
· They likes detective books and about the Sherlock books. She also spoke about ‘Dragnet’ the radio drama that was adapted into TV series and films.

£12.50 waking hours (up to 15 per day dependent on college attendance) TBC with family
£6.58 per hour sleep in (9 hours)
