Seeking PA to help 84 year old lady 2.5hrs per day 4 days a week

My mother (84) has very poor mobility along with very early stages of dementia she is a kind gentle individual. She loves dogs, horses and countryside. She is determined to stay in her own home. Mum lives with her husband (87) near Newport/Arreton but now requires support with getting up in the morning and going to bed. She can get up the stairs to bed and when prompted can get undressed and dressed on her own provided her clothes are left out for her. Again, when prompted she can carryout her own personal care and needs no prompting at all with toileting. Dad is her main carer but would prefer someone to help with her bedtime and morning routine. She is fine with taking her own medications.

Ideally 4 days a week ( week days or weekends as the other 3 days are covered) 1 hour in the morning and 1.5 hours in the evening. Ideally 9am start for mornings and 8pm start for the evenings but could be later.

Hourly rate – £15phr
