My mother (94) can only move slowly with a walking frame. She has a carer who comes in twice a day, but who would now like some days off. So I am looking for a carer who would like part-time work. Hours and days to be agreed in consultation with original carer. Family will fill gaps caused by holiday, sickness etc.
My mother has not been diagnosed with dementia, but sometimes gets confused, so needs supervision with medicines. She needs surgical stockings putting on every day, and help with washing. She needs help preparing a cooked evening meal and, ideally, with breakfast.
