Permanent 2hours x2 at weekends (£15.50 an hour-every other weekend)

1hour lunch call and a 1 hour tea call Saturday & Sunday every other weekend ongoing for disabled elderly man. (May consider hours split over PA’s if you do not wish to do all calls).

Lunch - assist with transfers, personal care and prompting , administer meds, catheter bag care lunch prep.

Tea call - administer meds, meal prep and prompting of fluids and food. Catheter bag care and general household tasks.
