PA £15.99 per hour x 7 = £111.93 per week, to support this gentleman to access the community, attend appointments and access activities of interest. Develop his independence and to give his parents support in their caring role and respite. To support with nutrition and food preparation. Prompting with personal care and hygiene. Developing social aptitude. He likes the theatre and creative stage performances and does some acting himself.

This gentleman has a diagnosis of a rare genetic disorder which can affect many organ systems of the body. Features include developmental delays, growth delays, speech delays, and Autistic behaviours. This person will need reassurance in some situation and a caring gentle approach.
