PA Support required for young lady in Ryde – 3 hours per week – 34254 – CD

PA required for 3 hours per week @ £11.95ph.

Lady would like support to be between 9.30-3.30, Monday to Friday. She is happy for it to be split 2/1 or 3 hours in one visit, whichever the PA can offer. Happy with male/female PA.

Agreed PA support would; support her to complete weekly meal plan and then complete shopping (2 hrs). Additional time (1hr) can be used to go out for a walk, or attend meetings/appointments, or support her to undertake tasks at home if struggling to manage due to physical/mental health .

Driver's Licence required
