78 year old lady with a diagnosis of mild dementia. Has a mobility scooter and needs assistance with steps. Looking for a PA to take her out of a residential setting 3 – 4 times a week.

Package of support is aimed to assist her with regaining independence so that she could move to an assisted living facility.

Lady has a great sense of humour, loves going out and would like to be assisted to go to shopping.

Hours can be very flexible.
