PA Support Required For Lady In Freshwater – 15 Hours Per Week 52906 CD

PA support required for lovely lady in freshwater, 10 hours per week at £15.99 per hour.

Lady has a diagnosis of schizophreniform illness and requires support for the following:

Maintaining a habitable home:
Requires support to maintain the home environment, support with keeping the home clean, manage correspondences which includes support with selling her house and declutter. She may need some support with overseeing her finances and ensuring bills are paid.

Maintaining a healthy and nutritional diet:
Requires support to complete shopping tasks and ensuring she is preparing a healthy and nutritional diet.

Maintaining personal hygiene:
Needs encouragement and support to shower and dress in clean, and weather appropriate clothes to maintain dignity.

Accessing the community and attending appropriate appointments:
Will need support to attend appointments and encourage her to be involved with the community she has recently moved in to.

Staying safe in the home:
Will need ongoing support with ensuring she is keeping herself safe, support required to encourage her to stay in her new home.

Maintaining physical and mental health and wellbeing:
Requires ongoing support to maintain her physical and mental health and Wellbeing. Support to be provided to arrange and attend any appointments required and encourage her to take any prescribed medications when needed. PA to monitor for any concerns and report these to relevant professionals of required.

Driver's Licence essential/ 2x dogs in property, will be muzzled when PA present/ Non smoker

3 Hours Monday - Friday - 15 hours per week @ £15.99ph
