PA Support required for gentleman in Sandown 5 hours per week – 84825 CD

PA support required for 69-year-old gentleman who is in a long-term residential placement at Residential Home. He is described as a quiet individual who prefers to keep to himself. This gentleman has a diagnosis of Schizophrenia (paranoid and catatonic), enuresis, he also recently had a stroke that left unable to mobilise independently as he used to before. For long distances he requires a wheelchair now.

This gentleman requires someone who can support him to access community and possibly computer workshops/shops on the island.

1x PA - 5 hrs a week to support

Hours can be flexible; to be discussed.

£11.95 an hour
