PA support required for elderly couple in Newport, @ £15 ph 2 hours a day, 5 days a week

Required, pa to help and assist elderly couple (90 Yr old male with dementia and elderly disabled wife losing her sight). They enjoy gardening.
Assistance/ support required as follows
• Ensure male is up, washed and dressed for every day
• Assist male to ensure he has a bath at least once a week
• Change bed sheets once a fortnight
• Clean bathroom weekly
• Prepare vegetables or food daily
• Hoover weekly
• General house work as needed such as washing up, drying up, polishing, washing on, hanging out washing, tidying up etc.
• Driving licence preferred to take them to doctors appoints as needed.
• Sorting out pills for the week into dispencer
• Pet tortoise
• Must be able to see what jobs may need to be done without prompting or ask the lady.
• Residents are non smokers.
