PA Support required for 88 year old lady living in Newport - 4 hours per week @ £14.40ph to support son (main carer) to avoid carer breakdown after carers assessment showed signs that this could happen. Her son wants to continue supporting but feels he needs this as a break, through the week.

Support for the following;
Maintaining a suitable home environment.
Managing and maintaining own nutrition and hydration.
Managing safe administering of medication/medicated creams.
Managing toileting needs, personal care, hygiene, and skin integrity.
Getting appropriately clothed.
Accessing community and attending appointments.

4 hours per week @ £14.40ph
