PA Support required for lady who has been diagnosed with dementia, borderline personality disorder and type 2 diabetes. She requires support with all of her care and support needs. Her husband currently carries out this caring role however he is finding it increasingly difficult. This ladies cognitive abilities have declined and her husband can no longer leave without more PA support.
