PA Support for Lady in Ryde – 24.5 hours per week @ £13.45ph – 82785 CD

PA Support for 59 year old woman who has been diagnosed with an infective exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (IECOPD).
This lady now uses oxygen for 24 hours a day and requires support with all aspects of daily living. She has a medical history of Gastric Bypass (Stomach Removal) and as a result is not able to eat a lot and can only drink sips. She has undergone a Oesophago-Gastro-Duodenoscopy to identify if there are any other issues which make it difficult for her to eat and drink. She has Crumbling Bones, Arthritis in the hands, emphysema and Fibromyalgia. This lady suffers with PTSD due to past trauma and has a history of depression and self-harming.

PA to provide personal care, domestic tasks and nutrition.

Morning - 1.5hrs to support with full shower/bath, breakfast and light cleaning
Tea time - 1hr to support with nutrition and light cleaning,
Bed call - 1hr to support with personal care and transfers to bed

3.5 hours per day 7x a week @£ 24.5hrs pw support at £13.45ph
