PA Support for gentleman living in Newport – 15 hours @ £13.89ph – 146030 – CD

PA needed to provide support to a gentleman in Newport to access the community and support at home until a residential placement is sourced. PA should be a car driver and have experience with supporting someone with Alzheimers. The gentleman does enjoy walking but cannot walk too far. He shares his home with his wife and has a very supportive family. There may be some personal care involved at times. As his Alzheimers progress his moods have change and has become verbally aggressive towards his family.
