PA Required Sandown area – 11 hrs per week

84-year-old female who lives in Sandown with her husband, has a diagnosis of advanced Dementia, high blood pressure, and following a recent fall has a broken bone in her shoulder and a dislocated shoulder.
Tasks to include Support with personal care, including management of incontinence pads, support with meals and fluid intake to include prompting, respite in the home support to enable husband to have break from caring responsibilities, and accessing medical appointments and bed calls.

We are looking for support for the following hours:
Wednesday - 1-3pm then 8-9pm
Thursday - same as Wednesday
Friday - 2-3pm then 8-9pm
Saturday - 2-3pm then 8-9pm
Sunday - 8-9pm
11 hours per week in total.
