PA required for a 79 year old Lady in Northwood with Alzheimer’s, Mixed Dementia and Vascular Dementia

PA required to check, make a drink and gave my mum a snack, three days a week. Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

My mum lives on her own and at present not a risk to herself or anyone else, but forgets to drink or eat and we require somebody to check on her Monday, Wednesday Friday, Lunchtimes.

1 hour a day five days.
