PA needed in Ryde

Young 60 year old lady living in Ryde looking for a PA to work 38 hours per week over 6 days. Applicants preferably female and need to be flexible and have their own car.

Support is required for the following:
Getting up washed, showered and dressed
Preparing and cooking breakfast, lunch and dinner
Medication collection and administering
Housework, laundry and ironing
To take out in car to appointments for shopping etc

Salary is £12 per hour and £13.50 enhanced for personal care tasks.

Accredited PA's only that will need to provide documentation on the following:

Car Insurance
Signed Code of Conduct
Relevant training
Public liability insurance
Evidence of UTR (HMRC)
Enhanced DBS for adults and children workforce
