I am a man who enjoys video games, films, TV shows, skateboarding, walks (when my O.C.D is not bad).
I describe myself as shy around groups but on 1 on 1 with people at the moment has seemed to be going well at the moment, I do worry at times as I notice sometimes I drift off topic or talk about one thing at length :
as I am going to be tested for A.D.H.D. And autism.
I Require 10 hours of support per week that can be broken down.
I can be awake for mornings and nights (sleep is a little bit over the place at the moment dew to new medication)
I have a diagnosis of :
social anxiety
O.C.D
emotional personality disorder
dyslexia
I require support to ensure my home environment is managed as well as my paper work and bills and letters and medication are sorted and up to date.
I am in need of support with domestic tasks such as changing my bed, reminding to take medication, to eat and drink and help with cooking.
MY health condition is changeable and sometimes I may require some support with meal preparation and accessing appointments if my mobility is reduced to my mental health with O.C.D.
It would be beneficial if you have a driver's license, however this is not essential.

PA support will be paid at £11.95 per hour.
