Home care needed for parents, both with dementia/memory issues

I am looking for someone to help care for my parents who live on the IoW and I am on the mainland. They want to live independently but are now struggling with basic day to day tasks. Help will range from personal care to medication administration, ensuring food is available, and social interaction/stimulation. It will require someone who is experienced with dealing with the awkward sides of dementia whilst being kind and can build a trusted relationship.

Hours per week – Approximately 2 hours/day to begin with, ideally in the morning.
