Holiday Cover 11th -13th May

1x PA required for one hour per day in Ventnor, preferably morning. Monday, Tuesday and the Wednesday. 87yr old lady living at home, enjoys company and who suffers from mixed dementia. Needs to be reminded to take blister pack medication, help prepare a lunch if needed, put rubbish out and provide support as needed.
