Help with taking medication daily

Hi, I am looking for someone who can assist my 92 year old Nan with her morning medication..
She lives on her own, and has early onset dementia. She has recently been diagnosed with lung cancer, and has been offered tablets to help slow it.
Nan can get confused with medication, and won't remember if she has taken that day's or not, she will also remove pills from the packets and leave them lying around.
We would like someone to go.in each morning, around breakfast time, between 9-10am would be ideal, to assist her with taking the medication.
She loves to have company, so would love for this person to stay for an hour, and have a cup of tea with her.
No personal care is required at this time.
