A gentleman in Brading needs support to START ASAP £10 per 30mins call (182227) PAM

This client is a 93-year-old gentleman who used to manage independently in his home in Brading. He had a fall recently and is finding mobility difficult due to pain. He was able to stand from his chair and with the assistance of 1 can work short distances. He will need the support of 1 PA to assist to assist with getting bowl of water, toiletries and clean clothing. He will need a PA to assist with toileting, nutrition & fluid as he is unable to stand for long periods of time.

Support required: TO START ASAP FROM FRIDAY 05/08/2022
To remain safely at home he would require a package of care 1 x PA 4 x daily to support with all aspects of his personal care needs and fluid and nutritional needs

AM call 30 mins 1 PA
£10 x 7=£70
Lunch call 30 mins 1 PA
£10 x 7=£70
Tea call 30 mins 1 PA
£10 x 7=£70
PM call 30 mins 1 PA
£10 x 7=£70
