Companion required 3 x per week – D-day veteran

99 year old gentleman living in Seaview requires a companion for visits and possibly some light housework around the home. This may turn into more hands on care at a later date.

The gentleman is a double amputee from his time in service in WW2 and currently housebound due to a fall. He is very independent and needs no help with personal care but would like a 3 x weekly visit from a kind and friendly companion to share a cup of tea and a little conversation. Some light help around the home eg. loading the washing machine etc. would be helpful on occasion.

The right candidate should be reliable and consistent with the days and times of visits.

A full driving license is preferred as he may wish to venture out once feeling stronger.

We would like Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 10am for 1hr. This will be paid at the hourly rate of £14.
